Jerry Smith presents many very fresh thought-provoking ideas in a well-articulated manner. At first I was pretty skeptical but after a while I found the lecture fascinating and riveting.
Muddying The Waters
Mr Smith arranges quite a few conspiratorial tidbits under his HAARP umbrella - so much so that HAARP itself is relegated to one small section. In a way this is good because you get a historical background of human attempts to control the weather and the land as well; but, unfortunately, what you don't get is very much about HAARP itself - other than that it's the Chinese and Russians who come across vis-a-vis HAARP and several other issues as the real "Bad Guys" (maybe someone should tell him the Cold War ended almost thirty years ago). A Russian company modified weather in the Indian Ocean to end raging forest fires in Malaysia; and, according to Smith, this same company absconded with Texan water vapor to relieve a drought in Mexico, leaving the Lonestar State high and dry and the Rio Grande bone dry in places (this is where the tasteless "joke" about "wetbacks" another reviewer refers to comes into play). Informative with lack of respect
Regarding your speech on "Hurricanes" was it really necessary to make a joke about WETBACKS. Your racial remark was uncalled for.
